What I liked:
Exceptional level of warm service. 24 hour host was was incredible -- took us on bike rides through rice fields all the way to temples, came into town with us and really took care of every detail possible. GM, Manager and Chef all came to greet us during our stay. To top it all off, when we changed hotels to another part of Bali and realized we had made a mistake, Soori coordinated with that hotel and took us back for the remainder of our stay.

Nothing, had a wonderful stay!

it's a bit of a trek from the airport and there isn't much else around the hotel. so if you are looking for a secluded holiday, it's great.
