Refurnish as furniture is cheap and inappropriate for 5 star.
Install double glazing as far too noisy.

Keeping their promises
The rooms are spacious but lack of thought,
no cups for the coffee or tea
the hair dryer does not work , only in the kitchen
they promise to call or mail you within 24 hours, they never do
they throw a private party at the swimmingpool with loud music, which makes it impossible to relax at the mini pool provided to the guests
