What I liked:
Room was spacious, clean & well kept. Quiet. Good location for Sydney.
What the hotel could do better:
They outsource the room service and itt took about five calls with reception to get my meal.

We decided to get a refund due to the tv not working, the noisy neighbours , the smoke alarm was sounding an alarm every five minutes and the bathroom had a leaking toilet. Not impressed at all.

What the hotel could do better:
The reception/wine bar is very well kept. However, during my stay I had two rooms and both were getting quite tired. I moved rooms due to problems with my first (and the staff were as accommodating as they could be to achieve this) but in both rooms there was a lack of maintenance. Door coming loose from its hinges, malfunctioning a/c, tap detached from the sink, stains in the carpet etc.
