What I liked:
Pleasant place in good location right off of avenida area. Close to metro stop and many tourist points. It is a little expensive for what you get....but you pay a premium for location

What I liked:
It had a nostalgic feel to it, a sense that this used to be somewhere grand for travellers on European tours back in the day of glamorous travel. It was easy to get everywhere on foot and also very convenient for the airport bus. The rooftop terrace was a lovely touch. It helped us wind down after a busy day walking up and down the hills of Lisboa.
What the hotel could do better:
Some areas of the hotel could do with a bit of an update (not to make it modern but just feel more cared for). Also, another person on reception would have made asking questions easier. A small tub or pool on the terrace would be great!
