The hotel is lovely with a very helpful staff. We had problems with our flight connections back home, and the front desk personnel were very accommodating. We stayed four nights and then left town for two and came back for our last night. We were given an upgrade to a suite with a bottle of port from the manager. What nice service. The morning buffet was delicious, and our ham and cheese sandwich sent to the room was great. If and when we come back to Lisbon, we will stay at this well positioned hotel with the lovely staff.
