What I liked:
Ambiance, decor, staff, Citrus Restaurant, location.
What the hotel could do better:
Staff would have a better understanding of voucher provided to guests. There was a minor mistake with the Great Rate voucher, but quickly resolved by the Accounting Department.

Had a wonderful stay, but decor of rooms and public spaces is very dark, felt like I always wanted to turn on lights!
