Reservation Confirmations
We'll send you a confirmation e-mail immediately after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include your confirmation number, the room rate, and other details. You may also check your reservation online by clicking "My Account" on the top right of your screen.

If you did not receive a confirmation screen before you were disconnected, then it is likely that your reservation was not completed. To verify this, click the "My Account" link located on the top right of the screen. If you do not see the reservation you just made, then you will need to return to the reservations system to book your reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation?

It's easy. Click on the "Cancel/View Reservation" link in the navigation menu. Now enter the e-mail address that you used to make the reservation (this is your username) and your password (you probably chose your password when you made the reservation; if you have forgotten it, go to "My Account"). Any reservations that can be cancelled will appear on the screen. These are your "Pending Reservations". Please note that hotels have different cancellation policies, so please read them carefully before canceling.

You can also access your reservation history by clicking the "My Account" link. This will give you access to all pending, cancelled and past reservations you have made.

How do I change a reservation?

In order to change a pending reservation you must make a new one and then cancel the old one. This process is required due to the way hotel reservations systems work. To ensure you don't lose your reservation, make the new one first, then after receiving confirmation, click on the "Cancel/View Reservation" link and cancel the old reservation.

How do I make a reservation for someone else?

The reservation process has an area for guest information and another area for billing information. This allows for the guest and the billing contact to be different people (similar to shipping and billing addresses). Therefore, a guest can use a different billing reference or identity and a single billing identity can make reservations for several guests. These identities are saved as "profiles" for later use (please see the next item for more on profiles).

What are profiles and how do I use them?

Profiles are information you have saved for future use. They can be named whatever you want and accessed quickly after logging in. Profiles contain either guest information or billing information. Examples of uses for profiles are storing different credit cards or maintaining multiple guest lists (if you are booking for several people often, or separating business and leisure identities). At the end the reservation you will have a chance to create profiles from the information you entered. Upon returning and logging in, you can edit, delete or add additional profiles as your needs fit. All of these profiles will be accessible from the guest and billing information pages in the "My Account" section once you are logged in.

Why do I need to register?

At the beginning of the reservation process, you are asked to register. All this means is that you are required to enter a username (your e-mail address) and choose a password so you can access your reservation in the future if you need to. Registration is for your benefit only. It protects your reservation information by only allowing access to it with the username and password you select. At the end of the registration process, you are asked if you wish to receive e-mail promotions. This is optional.

What happens to my reservation? Is my credit card charged?

Reservations are sent immediately to the hotel and into the hotel's reservation system. Each hotel has different policies regarding when and how much your credit card may be charged. Please read it carefully so that you understand the terms of your reservation.

What happens to my personal information?

Your information is never sold, given away or used without your permission. Please read the Privacy Policy for more information (see below).

Are online bookings reliable and secure?

Absolutely. The reservations you make here are just like talking to the hotel but better because you are in control. Your reservation is sent immediately to the hotel and into the hotel's reservation system, and the confirmation number you receive is proof that your reservation has been placed.

We make every effort to keep all your personal information, including your credit card number, secure. We only allow your credit card number to be transmitted to us over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (almost all browsers support this technology). Before you send your card information to us, SSL encodes it so it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft.

What is TabletBookings?

Make no mistake, you are communicating directly to the hotel when you make your reservation. TabletBookings is the actual booking mechanism that you use to communicate with the hotel. For more information on TabletBookings, click here.
