One might have thought there’d be more hotels in Paris like this one — a stylish and modern boutique hotel, one which edges quite close to luxury territory, hidden away behind the walls of a classic century-old apartment building. Mon Hotel manages to find space for a small spa and fitness center, as well as a restaurant that’s open for three meals a day rather than just breakfast. And, as though to rub it in, they’ve managed to locate themselves practically right around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe.
Public spaces are adorned with contemporary French artworks, and the rooms are dark and masculine in aspect, especially when compared to the frilly Parisian norm, livened with some arresting black-and-white photo prints and film stills. Small luxury touches are evident throughout, from the espresso makers in the bedrooms to the l’Occitane products in the traditional marble-clad bathrooms.
A proper restaurant (this one with a decided Argentine influence) is not at all a given in a Parisian boutique hotel, but here as well the Mon exceeds expectations. And tucked away downstairs is a small spa by Keraskin and fitness center — though out of the way, these spaces are scarcely any less chic than the more visible public areas upstairs.

What I liked:
Location is amazing. 3min walk to d'Argentine subway, 5min to Arc, 10 to Champs Elysees. Even with all this, you have absolute silence at night.
Rooms are fresh, clean and smell nice. Book the 'Superior' room, which is not small (remember, this is Paris standards, not Orlando). Beds are comfortable.
Design is cool but we didnt spend that much time on the common areas (lobby, restaurant, gym and sauna). So it's part of the charm but wouldn't say it is the main reason to stay here.
There wasnt a lot of interaction with the staff. They were Just efficient, almost invisible. They will not spoil you - guess this is the 'french' style.
I would stay here again.
What the hotel could do better:
Staff could be more proactive.
