What I liked:
The location is wonderful if you want to shop (and who doesn't). We never had a problem getting a cab right in front of the hotel...the doormen were great. The people at the front desk were very friendly - I never felt like I was a bother. Having a breakfast included was just great.

Nothing, had a wonderful stay!

What the hotel could do better:
Attention to detail. Our in room dining cart was not removed from our room for over 12 hours. Several times during the stay, there was no concierge on duty. The room service staff spilled syrup on the carpeting during breakfast set up and never returned to clean it up. we have stayed at the Park Hyatt 3 times and always request a Water Towver view; however, they gave us a room with an obstructed view on the 8th floor/nice but obstructed.

What I liked:
Everything. I travel a lot and have to say that I was beyond impressed with this property. Immaculate rooms and public areas, fabulous amenities and stellar service make this hotel an absolutely magical place.
