The Sofitel Buenos Aires dates back to the golden age of Argentinean style; this authentic Art Deco monument, the city’s first skyscraper, has towered over the historic heart of Buenos Aires since 1929. What the hotel could do better:
Wifi was not "fully" compatible with all kind of computers. And unfortunately, my Laptop was not compatible with their Wifi.
I've been provided an Ethernet cable, but connecting issues, and I had to deal by myself with Sofitel "IT" support. (pb was coming from the connection, and not from my computer).

What I liked:
First and foremost, the service at the Sofitel BA was fantastic, particularly given that there was heavy demand for New Year's Eve plans. The concierges and the rest of the front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and honest about what they could and couldn't do. The room service staff could not have been nicer.
In addition, while we did not seek out the "I love chocolate" package, it provided many very welcoming and highly enjoyable treats during our stay.
