Lighter contemporary Australian fare is on offer in the Globe Bar, a cedar-paneled club room furnished with velvet sofas and winged leather armchairs.
The hotel’s day spa offers a number of treatments, making use of Payot and La Prairie products, and features among its sporting options a 20-meter heated pool and a gymnasium.
