  1. “Lovely boutique hotel situated in the heart of Barcelona. The location could not be faulted. Friendly staff and excellent service. The bedrooms were spacious and the décor was minimal but modern. This hotel will not disappoint. Great value for money.”

  2. “The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything that occurred in the room next door. The bathrooms could use a little sprucing up as well. The surface coat on the tile/marble was eroding. Very soft sheets. Conveniently located. Great tapas bar recommendations. Friendly staff.”

  6. “The location of this hotel is perfect, right off the Catalunya square and the begining of the Ramblas. Rooms in the back of the hotel are slighlty more quiet. There is also a Starbucks at the corner for coffeeholics! The brunch is pricey - 15 euros per person, probably not worth it, although convenient. For the money its a great hotel, very cool roof bar and they have an arrangement with a fitness club - although it is blocks away. The staff was very helpful and professional - but not stuffy. You cant go wrong at this hotel and will need to spend a lot more money to go to the next level.”

  7. “it was very nice. The concierge staff, young and really helpful. One of our rooms opened onto noisy terrace and they changed the room when we asked if we could. It is a little low on atmosphere, we could have been anywhere in the world. So I'd go back there if I couldn't find something a bit more interesting like the Neri.”

  8. “I was very disappointed with the size of the room for the amount I paid for it. I was traveling with a friend and it was uncomfortable as the small twin beds were pushed tightly next to each other (we may as well have been in bed together!) and there was no room to walk without running into something. The design was good but not that good that you would put up being uncomfortable.”

  10. “El Hotel me pareciò maravilloso! En todos los aspectos. El personal sumamente servicial sin llegar al agobio. Lo justo. Las instalaciones todas de muy buen gusto. Lo disfrutè mucho y me sentì en "casa". Voy a volver a hacer uso del hotel dado que mis hijos viven en Barcelona y me sentì muy còmoda.”

  11. “Although our room was small by American standards (pretty typical for European room), it was well-appointed and made good use of the space. Comfortable, clean. We were very happy with our selection. Well located for tourists, although I might want to stay a few blocks further north for my next visit.”

  12. “A bit annoying to wake up in the midle of the night because other guests are coming or going - or when the maid starts cleaning in the morning outside the room. The doors feels like paper when it comes to sound breaking through all the time. Otherwise the hotel is lovely.”
