“When I called for directions, I was given precise and coherent ones. On entering, I was met by a delightful group, eager to help. In addition, the lobby has a delicious set of beverages and a Nespresso machine to make one feel at home. The room was fantastic and interesting. The patio was excellent. The internet service was good. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The robe, the closet space, the room darkening drapes, the turndown service were all excellent.”
