“Very helpful staff; one in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on numerous occasions including tracking down a hard-to-find magazine. Quiet, bright, well-appointed, spacious rooms, luxurious beds, complimentary water and treats each evening; great neighborhood with lots of atmosphere, restaurants and shopping.”

While the neighborhood immediately surrounding isn't thrilling, it is only a 7-8 minute walk into Palermo Soho and its shops and restaurants.The room was fantastic. A large amount of space, nice cross breezes, kitchenette. The design of the room and the common spaces is modern yet comfortable.”
