“We had a great stay at the Dana last week. It was a snowy night in Chicago and our 17th floor view of State Street was fantastic. There's not much going on near the hotel, but you are only four blocks from Michigan Ave and more shopping than you can handle. Doormen were excellent - no problems finding taxis to other locations. Rooftop bar was pretty lame in my opinion compared to similar modern boutiques in NY and LA - but there was plenty else to keep us occupied. Rooms are fantastic with hardwood floors and great vistas with floor to ceiling windows throughout. Shower was amazing and iPod speakers sounded great. Free breakfast a hotel of this class? You've got to be kidding! And it was pretty good too. Cheap alcohol in the mini-bar compared to W Hotel and other similar class places. Will stay here again for sure.”

“The hotel rooms were very clean with lots of large windows, updated technology (e.g., flat screen television, ipod adapter, digital clock radio, etc.) and modern furnishings. In addition, the public spaces were very clean and spacious. The hotel is very similar to upscale hotels in London and Barcelona.”

“Room was fantastic and staff were all great - had amazing service from the concierge who went out of his way to find me a box to package up some stuff.Spa and massage were also absolutely amazing.Free late check-out was a great help.Great communal breakfast, which I was invited to have after my early arrival (9.30am) even though I hadn't stayed the night before.”

“Wonderful hotel ! The location was the best, easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, and sites. The rooms were very clean - love the hard surfaces, white duvet cotton covers and floor to ceiling windows. Our concierge, the blonde lady, was very helpful in booking tours for us and making suggestions. Excellent value and the daily breakfast a nice surprise. Thanks.”
