2. “Staff extremely friendly/helpful. Close to our concert destination. Rooms were small, but cute/cozy. Bed extremely comfortable. Atmosphere of hotel was upscale/vibrant.”

3. “The service was phenomenal. Every member of the staff was welcoming, happy, helpful, etc. Plus the location is fantastic - lake front rooms and very easy walk to the lake/beach and the zoo. The decor is also fun.”
