“The service and staff were excellent. The hotel upgraded us to a very nice suite. When they made a mistake with a restaurant booking at their 3 michelin starred restaurant (the restaurant was closed that evening and they had forgotten to tell us), they were quick to find a replacement at another michelin replacement in Dusseldorf and provided our transport to and from. I was very pleased with our stay!”
