“The service was top-notch. They made dinner reservations at my request at two outstanding restaurants, obtained tickets to the opera, arranged a car and driver for the evening. I arrived late in the evening after the restaurant had closed, but they got me some fruit, sweets, and champagne. The breakfast was outstanding - everything fresh and served beautifully. The rooms were very comfortable.”

“We stayed at this hotel on a stopover - our 2 nights at this hotel ended up being the highlight of out trip (we were traveling for well over a month!). We found the staff to be exceptional, what service should be at all 5 star hotels, we found our room to be beautiful, with thoughtful touch's everywhere you looked and a fabulous fire place. We loved the beautiful grand bar upstairs - just stunning, the bistro, bakery and restaurant of the highest standard and well, we would stay here again in a heart beat - in fact, the whole Copenhagen experience was wonderful with Nimb setting the scene for a truly great time.A couple of extra notes of thanks to the wonderful staff who managed to deliver us breakfast and coffee at 3:30am prior to our very early departure, checked us in at 8am on our very early arrival and treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel - this is service at its very best!”

“the HERMAN restaurant and the VINOTEKE.The hotel did not charge anything for the room, 1 night, because there was, on the same floor, at the bar, a very noisy party with a rock band. And this all without me complaining about the noise.”
