4. “We were given the room with the mountain view. The room was hot and the window only opened two inches. We were on the first floor facing the road exiting the entrance the hotel.there was no AC in the room but the staff did bring in a floor unit which has a tube which is place out the window. Very noisy! I spoke with the front desk and we were moved to a room facing the lake.”
