“Continentale was absolutely fabulous and the decor has the 'wow' factor. The location of the hotel is wonderful, to be able to be amongst the thick of things as soon as you stepped outside the hotel and as soon as you walked into the hotel, it was so serene and peaceful. You would expect some of the noise to filter in but the noise barriers were fantastic. Especially loved the 'relaxation room', to be able to lay, read and watch what was happening outside on the Ponte Vecchio was devine. We've stayed at 2 other Tablet Hotels on this trip and Continentale was by far the best experience.”

“Hotel was very hip but rooms were very small. Considering the price I paid, I was definitely disappointed in the size of the room which was only slightly bigger than the size of the king bed!”

“The service staff were outstanding!!!!!! After roaming the streets of Florence lost for over three hours, we arrived in the early hours of the morning to a very accomodating staff who arranged to pick up and return our rental car, secure reservations for the Uffizzi Museum, provide a electrical outlet converter (which we left behind) . . . just to name a few of the services the staff provided with a smile! We have already told many of our friends during our travels about the phenomenal service we received during our stay and will continue to tell many more of our friend”

Sarebbe meglio segnalare cosa effettivamente si è preso dal minibar con relativa spesa.Comunque più che soddisfacente la permanenza.”
