1. “Sink stopper would not work. Room was set for single (towels-)but we were two people. Clerks helpful, but did not understand telephone numbers within UK sufficiently enough to connect us to London number. However, they were very helpful arranging car and giving directions.”

2. “perhaps it was a cultural divide, but I found it quite odd the difficulty I had finding an individual to serve me in the restaurant and bar on each of 3 occasions I tried to have a meal and drink. It was also an unusual experience when the hotel staff could not tell me how to phone out to an Italian number. It took me hours asking multiple people in the hotel until finally the barman provided the answer. Althouhg the physical space was reasonable, I will not return to this hotel.”

4. “Everything. This is one of the most stylish hotels I have stayed at. Solid location in the city. Great food. Great rooms. With my tablet membership they upgraded me to a duplex suite, pity i was there only a night.”
