“L'hotel THE SIDE è un ottimo hotel per posizione, struttuta, servizi e design. Molto bella anche la spa. L'unico neo trovo i bagni e l'illuminazione in camera abbastanza difficili nell'uso, ma è solo un piccolo particolare per trovare qualcosa da segnalare. In realtà la nostra permanenza è stata particolarmente piacevole.”

“Internet service terrible and until a final scene at check out no concideration offered. Not the employees fault but mangament not available or concerned. Like a beuatiful date with no brains, all form and no substance. The management shoud be ashamed as they have a beuatiful property and should show it the proper respect.”

“Rooms should be painted. Rooms are good, but walls are not clean and that influence satisfaction. Fantastic location, nice design, good service. Internet didn't work in room, but @spot was available for free and that was good way to fix the problem.”

“I have travelled widelty and stayed in all manner of modern, art and boutique hotels. The Side Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in terms of attention to every detail in the room. The decor, towels, sheets, joinery finishes ...all fabulous.”

“It's a bit overdesigned to be honest. Couldn't figure out the correct combination of the 10 light switches which would mean that they would all go off, so had to sleep with the bathroom light on! Couldn't find the curtains (though at some point in the evening someone did come into my room and pull down some metal shutters outside the windows). Didn't have a great night's sleep and will stay somewhere more straightforward next time.”

“The room was great, stylish and spacious. The bathtub was huge, which I like, and the shower was great with multiple jets.The service was fast, efficient and friendly.The room service breakfast was amazing, we had the Hamburger and the Side breakfasts and ended up taking half of it with on the drive to the Alsace as there was so much delicious food on the tray.”
