“Loved the rooms. Great beds and linens. Amazing bathroom and outdoor deck with spa. Would liked to have been able to heat the spa as it was too cold to enjoy for long. The spa was beautiful and wonderfully set open-air. But, my manicure and pedicure were not good. Very basic and extremely overpriced for the level of quality. They must upgrade their therapists at the spa with more training to make their treatments more special. The staff is great and they really do welcome you like you are coming to someone's home. So lovely. Food was excellent but very expensive. Would have hoped that they would have charged a bit less considering Thailand is so cheap normally. Their food and drink and spa prices are as much as eating in New York. They must be making a killing!”

“Fantastically run. Very professional & friendly service with a lot of love thrown in from the General Manager down to the gardeners. Food quality & service were outstanding as too was the quality of the wine list. The hotel thought about lots of little things that other places don't.”
