“The Bairro Alto Hotel is a wonderfully relaxing property. There were some slight mechanical issues with the room at check-in which were promptly and thoroughly addressed by the very competent and friendly staff and management. Having stayed at numerous 5 star hotels throughout Europe, USA and Asia, I can honestly say that I have never felt more attended to than at the Barrio Alto Hotel.”

“it is a chic hotel in center of the town, our room have a grate view of the street. this is the best location in town, close to Fado club, play house and SPA and shopping area.service in Portugal is so bad, so for the firs time you can exparinse a good service in Lisbon. Top floor resturant is so beautiful.”

“Adorable. Amazing. Charming. Want to go back just to stay in the lovely rooms and have a glass of wine on the sick roof deck. Really, the perfect hotel....loved it. If and when I go back, I will most def. return to the Barrio Alto Hotel. ps, front desk staff couldnt be more helpful, friendly or adorable.”

“Fablous location!!! The front desk/concierage were fablous as they new every good restaurant, shopping, night clubs and activities. All we did is give them a description of what we were looking for and they had us a reservation in 30 seconds. Above and beyond customer satisfaction”
