“The airconditioning was rattling all night I could not sleep and despite asking for it to be fixed several times nothing was done. I shouldhave received a discount or rebate. However considering that the receptionist did not even ask how my stay was I did not want to start complaining first thing in the morning before checking out. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN”

“The Baglioni Hotel is ideal for exploring Kensington and Knightsbridge, but its decor is what really appeals to me. I love the interiors and the staff are all excellent, particularly the doormen. The bar and restaurant area is superb and really allows you to feel as if you are being truly decadent! We had a wonderful stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, providing the rate was similar to my last booking rate.”

“We were upgraded to a suite and found the room to be very comfortable. I thought it was a little noisier than some probably due to the rooms above having wooden floors but it wasn't a big problem. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were very attentive without being overbearing.”

“as a first timer i got a great deal and an upgrade. i wld definitely stay there again if i got the same considerations. im in london 6x a year and it feels like home. historically ive been at the Royal Garden due to loacation to the music biz.”
