“This was our first stay and the service really was second to none. We flew in from the US and arriving at 11.30am with jet lag we expecting to dump our luggage and have breakfast in the restaurant but we were able to check into our room which was a pleasant surprise.”

“Charlotte Street Hotel although a little expensive is a beautiful hotel. The staff were always courteous and never in your space. The rooms were in excellent condition and the little touches like the pillow sprays made it stand out from the other hotel we usually stay in in London. The only comment would be that they added service charge to absolutely everything and it would be nice to make that decision yourself.”

“This hotel is a true gem. They even put a child sized bathrobe in our closet knowing that we were traveling with a seven-year old boy. Their attention to detail was remarkable and the staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. It's expensive, sure, but everything in London is expensive these days. This place is actually worth it! Great nieghborhood too.”
