Wonderful hotel, excellent yet discreet service, first class!!

Excellent situation with so much of central London within walking distance. Very pleasant area to be in.

Have been at Covent Garden Hotel many times. Love it. You have excellent taste in hotels. Tho you got me a good deal, had to upgrade to avoid claustrophobia (never realised they were harboring such small rooms somewhere!). Best regards, MMacFarlane

Staff was terrifically helpful and pleasant -- just perfect. The hotel room and public areas are very well appointed. Overall score: 10

The Covent Garden Hotel was ideal. The location was perfect. My only regret was my stay was too short. I would have liked to have been able to savor the hotel more during my stay. My only semi complaint would be that the room service meal was excellent and arrived very quickly but the portions were smaller than I expected. Service from the my arrival to my departure was very pleasant and professional in all aspects. I look forward to returning.

Great location. Exceptionally good staff. Beautiful drawing room. Loved it.

Poor value for money (tiny room). Additional charges bring a pricey hotel into ridiculous pricing. VAT charge not included in room rate quote. Charge up to GBP 20 per day for internet connection, and GBP 35 for simple laundry (shirts/socks).

excellent hotel, i will return.

Stayed three times now, and probably be back again next year - so very happy. The only thing is, that it would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee first thing in the morning, rather than having to phone room service the minute we wake up for this to be delivered.

The staff at the Covent Gardens Hotel wwas extraordinarily warm and accomodating. They made us feel welcome immediately and were responsive to our every request. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean; the bathrooms were well-equipped and renovated (e.g., sunken bathtub, separate shower). A hearty thanks for the "honor bar." We'd never encountered such an amenity in the United States.

At present I always stay at the Covnt Garden hotel when I am, as often is the case, in London. Usually it is for one night, this time it was for three. The hotel and its service and tranquility (in the busiest part of Lndon) is perfect for me.And the staff are attentive...last time I mentioned that I do Yoga....and this time...knowing I would be there for three nights....they put a Yoga mat in my room for me to use during my stay....that is thoughtful bearing in mind the number of guests who pass through their doors....Gold Star I think!pj

Having to travel to London frequently I have had to stay in so many hotels. All are pricey but the Covent Garden hotel is always pleasant, intimate, clean efficient and for a location in the midst of covent Garden relatively quiet. Service is always considerate helpful without being fawning, I know use it as my regular digs!!!pj
