The decor is original and well chosen, very clean and 'looked after'. The staff were attentive and friendly - nothing too much trouble and all done with a smile. Excellent location - outside, noisy and vibrant but inside, calm and peaceful. We loved the Honesty bar, we entertained our son and his girlfriend there (who live in London) in the early evening and they were impressed - and that was something coming from them!! Breakfast excellent - one small drawback - it would have been nice to had tea/coffee making facilities in the room after such a long travelling day - all in all would recommend thoroughly and will definitely try the sister hotels. The Firmdale Group have certainly got it right.

Loved the atmosphere- the common areas were abuzz- very vibrant and stylish. The rooms were surprisingly large and pleasant as well, and the location was as upbeat as the hotel.

Everything about the Covent Garden Hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The new renovation of the Brasserie is gorgeous, with a fabulous food and drinks menu. Overall, the hotel achieves the perfect combination of contemporary and tradtional.

The rooms and public spaces are intimate and classy. The restaurant and bar are great and best of all, the service is devine. Really nice people who care about your comfort.

CGH is unpretentious well designed, in a traditional way, with unpretentious, very efficient and thoughtful service from its largely antipodean staff. There are few hotels that always remember a) which room one prefers, 2) that one needs to borrow a yoga mat 4) that has clockwork efficiency of room service and 3) does not fawn over one with obsequiesness. The position is one of the best in London, the size is perfect, ceanliness unimpeachable, the restaurant excellent, the breakfast superb and the staff not only efficient but friendly and housekeeping first class. I live in Switzerland but have to visit LOnodn twice a month and this is really my home from home in my original home town!CGH should get the highest rating for London-

This is our fourth stay at the Covent Garden Hotel. We just love everything about it, but the staff really stand out. A special thanks this time to Nicky and Tommy of the Concierge Desk for securing all of those tickets and dinner reservatons . . .

The decor is spotless. You have the feeling the Hotel has been re-painted & re-carpeted just for your visit - other 5 star Hotels could learn a lot from this small chain of Hotels. Once again well done Firmdale Hotels!

Wow. Perfect location! Gorgeous entrance, lobby and reception area. Library and honesty bar were grand but also cozy. I loved this hotel - wish I could have stayed another 5 nights.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. The interior design had a warm and refined yet modern edge. I would definitely recommend and return.

Everything. Location, rooms, service - all perfect.

The room was amazing - beautifully styled with the most comfortable bed, plenty of space and light. The staff were friendly but professional. The breakfast choices were the best of any hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The location is superb in a quiet part of Covent Garden but close to great restaurants and shops and just down the road from the tube. Overall - a class act and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it very highly
