Malmaison is not the most luxurious hotel in London but I think it is by far the best value for money. it's hip, it's cool, it's well appointed...and I always enjoy staying there. Only problem is---there are usually no rooms available unless one books way in advance.

I have stayed in other malmaison hotels before so i knew what to expect, as a rule i don't like chain hotels, but malmaison is the exception.

Good service and when I left my toilet bag it was returned to me very quickly

Rooms are great. Only significant improvements would be for plasma/LCD TV and WiFi in the room.

The location was great for my needs. It was nested in amongst many great bars and restaurants. Despite being in a busy location, the room was really quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the bath products.

Great location and a fantastic sized room.

Good sized rooms especially for a London hotel. Good service and good quiet location still close to most of central London.

Nice bar, cool room and lobby friendly dutch staff on reception

Excellent service and spacious rooms (by European standards). Our only complaint was that they initially booked us in a handicap room, but were able to reassign us the next morning. Also, the cheeseburgers we ordered for lunch the first day were AMAZING.
