The library needs a bit of polishing, new carpets, new tables and seats. The other public apces are also old but they make up the spirit of the house and are fine. The little gym is a gem, quiet and equipped with few but just the right machines

The service at this hotel was simply excellent. I arrived on a cold wet morning, after an overnight flight from Africa. The receptionist on duty whisked me into the lounge, sat me in front of the fire gave me coffee and had my room ready within 15 minutes. At no extra cost even though the check in time wasn't for another 4 hours! I couldn't have asked for more - I was desperate for a shower and a lie down!

albergo confortevole e personale gentile e professionale.La mia camera purtroppo era forse collocata in una situazione di finestre che davano su di un piccolo budello cieco quindi soffocanti, ma la pulizia delle camere era eccellente.

Since most hotels these days strive for that tragically hip vibe, I found this old English-style hotel refreshing. Location and service were amazing, and the hotel was blissfully quiet.

Small Room, but wonderful bathroom. Good bath products. Public spaces a bit tired.

I think 11 Cadogan Gardens is super value in London's crazy and crazily expensive hotel market. I always enjoy staying there, though the one thing they don't do is remember former guests. I've probably stayed there four times over the past year or so and there's never even a flicker of recognition. But always uniformly polite and always very good servce, attractive 9though small) rooms, etc.

piccolo albergo di charme e di atmosfera nel cuore di chelsea

Le service a été inégal, notamment au restaurant ou le personnel n'est pas toujours en rapport avec le standing de l'hotel. Très agréable par ailleurs.

The hotel is very nice. A little bit out of the way for business travellers. Room was small but nicely decorated and immaculate.

Room had no air conditioning.

I really enjoy the personal attention of the Staff at No.11 Cadogan Gardens, since I am a return visitor. I also really appreciate the very English charm of No. 11 Cadogan Gardens--don't change a thing.

The rooms are still comfy English traditional and the public areas are cushy European traditional with some modern flash. Quirky charm, excellent location, good service and some excellent restaurants nearby. A real home away from home: my sister and I didn't want to leave, and we will be back.
