I stay at this hotewl frequently and have always enjoyed the stay.

Everything would have been rated as top notch were it not for a snotty hostess in the Purple Bar. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and each night she asked me if I was a guest at the hotel, while she clearly did not ask others the same question. Usually, I had to ask for the bill more than once, one night I actually stood up and waited for her to bring it. I once was there with a business client and his jacket unknowingly fell to the floor. Rather than picking it up, she just kicked it aside with her foot. Totally unprofessional behavior for a hotel of such a high caliber (and price).

AGREABLE ENDROIT POUR LE BUSINESS..

very dissapointed to receive an additional bill for £6 for mini bar (which actually had additional drinks left over from room service when we arrived) on a bill of >£1,600. I left some clothes in the room and have heard nothing from the hotel on this matter.

Both the Sanderson and St. Martins Lane in London are very, very good. Rooms are funky and fun. Service terrific. The Sanderson has a ROCKING nightlife aspect too with both the Long Bar and the Spoon+ restaurant being packed. It has to be said though that it's BLISTERINGLY expensive. How does 25 pounds (about 45 bucks) sound for a glass of chanpagne in the Purple Bar? Of course, they only serve Dom Perignon bt the glass!! Ouch! :-D

Although the physical structure, decor and ammenities are outstanding, it is the attentiveness of the staff that will bring our family back.

pleasant and good level of service but indeed too "commercial attitude". You feel that nobody cares about you but only about your wallet...that is NOT pleasant at all.... even if you have some money to spend. "Purple Bar" is far too expensive for a very aveage deco (nothing new, surprising) & it was freezing to drink a £200 frozen champain bottle ! Breakfast: coffee & bill on the table together ! grrrr ....

Hotel fantastico sebbene le camere superior siano un pò limitate. Dalla deluxe lo standard è eccellente.

This is a great hotel, but the problem is always the service in the restaurant. I had breakfast this time and the servers hardly spoke English, it was very cold (I couls only sit outside and the heaters were too far away) and it was close to impossible to be noted by the staff for getting a coffee or anything. And tha actual breakfast is very limited and only consists of low end stuff anyway.

hotel toujours à la pointe du service et de l'ambiance, prestation difficile à égaler
