lovely hotel, charming staff - faultless - at turn-down they even left me a slice of yummy choc mousse cake as it was my birthday complete with candle, not as funky as my usual choice but would return and recommend great value great location great staff did not try food

A great location and an excellent hotel. Very French feeling, which was lovely, including French staff. A little piece of Paris in London, indeed. Would definitely stay again. Only bad thing was fifteen pounds (30 bucks at current exchange rates) per day internet access. It costs pennies for hotels to provide this service per guest. Paying this much leaves a bad taste and enlightened hotels have free internet these days.

Was exactly what I wonted, beautiful, posh and comfortable, close to shopping and theatre, and very friendly and inviting.

We loved the hotel. The location was terrific, the decor was stunning and the service could not have been better -- efficient and very friendly. Fresh fruit and bottled water were delivered each afternoon (free of charge), the hotel did not charge extra for having our son stay with us (either for the extra bed or for his breakfast.)

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this hotel and it's great. The smallest rooms are a tiny bit snug but overall a very good experience. Very French, which is a plus point in my opinion :-)

Great hotel. Very French which is lovely. Weekend rates are a bargain in London at the moment.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in

The reception staff as well as the concierge were more than friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of traveller. All services, from room service to restaurant service to check out were excellent.

Hotel was very well appointed and a very convenient location. Size of room also very good by London standards.

The stay was fine and the hotel was generally pleasant. However, what I found most disappointing was the in house entertainment facilities. This sort of hotel should have a flat screen TV, DVD/Video library and decent music entertainment system.

Boring, badly designed rooms. Irritating taps. No ventilation in bathroom. Horrible carpets, cheap looking corridors. Excellent breakfast in Roux Brasserie.
