3. “Having stayed at quiet a few small and larger size luxury hotels, I would say St, Martins Lane is all style with little substance. I had to be immediately moved to a new room due to loud noises which I think were coming from the cooling system as the new room also had them albeit softer. The sink in the bathroom was impossible to use becasue the faucet was too close to the sink vessel. The hotel was quite loud in general; little or no insulation between rooms. I'll not be staying again.”

4. “Overall a very pleasant stay, with excellent levels of staff service, from conciege to housekeeping (they where really cool and helpfull). My only gripe would be that in the room the unit which contained the mini-bar and television, which by the way was more old school than anything else, was more Ikea than cutting edge Hotel design.”

9. “st martin's lane reste une belle adresse mais l'accueil de l'hotel et la propreté des chambres laissent à désirer .nous étions sur place le 31 décembre nous voulions participer à la fête organisée personne ne savait nous dire exactement ce qui était prévu .finalement nous avons réglé plus de 100 livres pour une coupe de champagne et quelques toasts sans savoir qu'il ne serai pas possible d'avoir de tables seulement pour les VIP .un sens étrange de l'accueil alors que nous résidions là deux nuits à 400 livres .le petit déjeuner est formidable et la déco du hall magique .”
