The location was near South Kensington Station. The atmosphere was warm, and the staff at the reception was great.

After a very disappointing hotel stay in Amsterdam, this hotel was a welcome respite. The rooms were a good size for the price and it was very clean and comfy. Bathroom was very nice, which can be tough to find for lower priced hotels. The conierge was great and helped out a lot.

Clean bathroom, large deluxe, great room, friendly staff.

Decent sized rooms, working, free wi-fi, rather than the rip off experienced at some other London hotels recentlyFantastic shower!

I was upgraded to a bigger room with a view as soon as i checked in. I enjoyed the service and the bar and lounge.

The staff were extremely welcoming & went out there way to be of service. Complimentary upgrade, incredible room, could not recommend the hotel more highly. Went a great deal to numbing our anger at having been frozen out of Heathrow Airport owing to the snow in the US that morning!!

Fantastic location in a nice neighbourhood. Great Tube access to two lines that go most places!

I am a regular customer and they remember me, which I like.

I was lucky to get a upgraded room. The room was good sized, nicely furnished and I loved the bathroom - it was like a small spa. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a nice plus. Hotel was in a good location in a short walk from the tube station. There were some nice looking restaurants in the neighbourhood.
