I really liked the design and the location of the hotel. The rooms were great and the restaurant, though pricey, was excellent too.

Decor, layout, conveninece of location, and staff attention to detail during my check-in and stay.

First impression: Very good. Efficient and helpful staff at the front desk. Rooms: Great space (I guess that would be the Tablet Plus upgrade?), squeaky clean and rather up-to-date – don't expect design nirvana, though. Bathroom was way better than most (both tub and shower).Location: Perfect. If you want to stay in Mayfair, then The May Fair is a good choice.

Everything. I had some difficulty finding somewhere decent to eat. They got me in to a completely booked great restaurant at prime time on Saturday night (Nobu)! Great service! The rooms (so far) have been HUGE by London or European standards. The bathroom was also particularly nice.

The room would have been large in the US Midwest, but in London, it was unbelieveably HUGE. Unfortunately I was only there for 1 night, so I didn't get much use out of the *walk-in closet* that was the size of normal London hotel rooms. Decor was hip but also soothing, and the bathroom was also huge. Best of all for a one-night visit, Nobu is next door, making my few hours in London very very nice ones!

The bathroom alone was amazing and worth the stay. Really enjoyed my stay.

Location was fantastic. Beautiful lobby, excellent staff who went out of thier way for us. The room was very large with a very comfortable bed and had a beautiful huge washroom.

When I was looking for a hotel for a recent business trip to London, with my mom and 9 month old son in tow, I was pretty disillusioned by how far my little US dollars would take me. The May Fair was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area, but looked quite stylish. I was worried. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. When I realized I would need a pack-and-play for my son, they were up in a moment with not only a brand new basinnet, but also toys for him! We ate in the room often and the room service was great! We couldn't enjoy the very hip bar and restaurant, but if I ever go back alone, I'll hit them and the spa!
