Our weekend stay at the Zetter was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very funky, offering lovely comfy beds - great shower in the bathroom. There are plenty of little touches that set this hotel apart from the bog standard, ie CD collection, hot water bottles, free Elemis products, cool ambient lighting and free coffee machines on each floor. We did find the restaurant very expensive though, £15 for an English breakfast - bit steep - especially as nothing else around seems to be open at weekend. Def go again though.

We couldn't fault the Zetter in any way. It was stylish and beautiful, the staff were lovely and altogether we had such a positive experience we can't wait to go back!

I loved the quirky design, the up and coming very hip area, the staff was excellent, and they had THE BEST lemon ricotta pancakes for breakfast! A really fun, yet polished hotel with many personal touches.(books, ipod dock, hot water bottle..)

We arrived at the Zetter at 11pm and went straight up to our Rooftop Suite. And promptly came straight back down. The space is a claustrophobic's nightmare and not worth the £320. It was cramped, plasticy and like being wedged into a ship's cabin. The outside space is bland with no discernable atmosphere. On the plus side, the service we received was amazing. The receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding (it my boyfriend's 30th birthday treat) but even booked us a room in our favourite hotel, The Soho. She is a credit to the Zetter and dealt with the situation impeccably.

For the price, the room was not as luxurious as expected, but pleasant non-the-less. I would recommend The Zetter.

I thought the overall atmosphere was beautiful. The service, staff, dinner and drinks were excellent. Although the design and interior of the room (st. John square) was really nice, I found it a little too small.

The Zetta is a great hotel. Well situated for lovers of the city of London, the river and the centre of town. At the same time the rooms are great, food and bar good too. All round winner for me.

The restaurant of The Zetter is far better than most restaurants in comparable hotels. So is the service - although I arrived ten minutes before closing time (11 p.m.) I was assured I could choose whatever I wanted, and I got it in excellent quality.

Hotel is good, but nowhere near as "groovy" or "cool" as the PR would have it.
