“This was the thrid time i stayed at the Chateu Marmont and we alway try to book a premier one bedroom suite. They did not have our class of room upon check in and later told us we would get an up grade to make up for it. however the romm they gave us after the first night was a regular Premier one bedroom suite and not a "junior penthouse" as they stated. they came across as total liers.Richard”

“The Chateau Marmont was unbelievable and the service just extraordinary. I love that they recognize their guests and address you by name, and they even remember what you drink and how you order things. It was very attentive service while being laid-back at the same time - totally ideal. The hotel is gorgeous and I had an amazing time. I was depressed when I had to leave.”

Le service bagage est nulle et le petit dejeuner aussi.........qualité du breakfast tout jsute convenable. même si evidemmen l'ambiance du restaurant est parfaite. Le service du restaurant est lui aussi tres agreable mais le reste est vraimen,t plus que moyen.......”
