“Art deco, Miami + LA style, location, atmosphere, strong vibe. Nice stay. The grocery store next door open 24-hours was great. Get your drinks and food and then hang out in the hotel looking at the planes take off and land from LAX from a high-floor.”

“For someone like myself who has stayed in most national chain hotels from coast to coast the Custom Hotel was a nice change of pace. Close to LAX and with great views (I was on the 10th floor) LA you would find it difficult to find a boutique like hotel for the room rates they charge. The hotel lobby has a modern feel with a little bit of a sense of humor. The room itself was just large enough work and live in for a few days. In fact, the set up of the room was very thoughtful since the desk is right behind the bed, so I was able to work on my computer and watch TV at the same time. The humor continues in the room since there seems to be a dog theme throughout.The best part about this room was the bed and comforter. From the first impression it looks like just your typical bed, but night after night I slept soundly without waking up at all (and I'm a light sleeper). Very comfortable sleeping for sure!”

“It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was good for us, the room was well kept and tidy. Comfy bed. The hotel was convenient to cafes/restaurants for us. We loved the themes!!!! All staff approached knew the answers to any questions, and all were pleasant and happy to assist us. Wireless access.”
