4. “Raffles L'Ermitage is the ultimate urban retreat for those traveling to Los Angeles with a need to be centrally located. The facilities are impeccable, the staff always accommodating and the stay always relaxing. I have yet to be disappointed. The concierge was able to schedule an in-room spa treatment after hours with less than a days notice...awesome.”

7. “excellent service from the moment we pulled up and they valet parked our car to our check out at 4am because we had to catch a 6am flight.the rooms were very spacious and well designed.The rooftop pool was beautiful and peaceful.”
