Not exactly my style, but my wife loved it. The service was absolutely top notch... people ready to help seemd to appear out of nowhere. The pool was a little disappointing as it is touted as one of the best in town. There are many better. Feels like history everywhere though. Did I say the service was incredible? It was.

hotel service was great

The hotel was very good, keeping in mind it is frequested by movie stars, and that typ of crowd, hwoever i did find some fo the front of house staff to be somewhat p[icky and chosy as to who they would be pleasant too and who they were idsmissive of. This did affect my overall opinion of the hotel and as such i would question staying their in future, as the staff there need to be taught "never judge a book by its cover"!

My son and I had such a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The Beverly Hills has it all - unbeatable location and service - an absolutely beautiful property. Perfection.

Incredible service from a very efficent staff. The Beverly Hills Hotel is kitsch in a good way and a little bit of a tourist attraction (kids on holidays rule the pool) but the bungalows are heavan. I took meetings in every single one of the restaraunts there and all my clients were dazzled when the staff went "Your customary table Sir". I have not one single complaint. Can't wait to go back!

Hotel staff was most accomodating in moving us to an upgraded room when we complained about noise from a nearby party. Loved the history of the hotel, the lush landscaping and the well appointed rooms.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like Hollywood moguls. The pleasant greeting from the valet, the personalized check-in in which the clerk that check you in walks you to your room, and the bell man who insisted on polishing my shoes and placing our clothes up on hangers for us. We were upgraded when we explained our rare chances to "escape the children". The hotel bar (Bar 1912) was like something out of a movie. Besides the incredible service (I forgot to mention the housekeepig staff that was out of this world), the rooms are spacious and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. You will forget you are in hustle and bustle of L.A. The hotel was booked for the weekend we were there and from the interior of our room, we thought we were the only ones staying there (no thin walls here). I travel constantly for business and stay at the finest in the world (Ritz, Four Seasons, Bel-Air, Sofitel, Dorchester, Fairmonts, Mandarin, etc.) and the Beverly Hills Hotel belongs at the top of the list for service and stlye!

The staff at the BHH is really excetional: friendly, unfussy, frank, approachable and inordinately helpful; this applies to the Polo Lounge as well which is excellent from every point of view. This makes the hotel really very pleasant and makes up for some deficiencies: loud music in the bars; nowhere to stop and have a quite drink and a discreet meeting (especially when the weather is inclement) and -----.......see below:
