“Originally I booked 2 nights, but stayed for 4 nights (not consecutive, with a break of 3 nights in San Diego) at the Huntley. The Huntley is a wonderful place to stay while in Santa Monica. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Promenade, great shopping, delicious restaurants and best of all the Huntley is about a block away from the beach. The top floor bar (Penthouse) was a great place to go to unwind after a solid day's sightseeing or for some action after dinner. Even better is the eye candy serving your drinks and the hot looking crowd that comes in. The staff I encountered was very nice. Had no problems with the concierges or the bartenders and the valet parking works perfect at all.”

“You can feel The Huntley striving for authentic LA style - for me that means both comfort combined with a sense of style and cultural vitality. In some ways, the Huntley achieves this. The views overlooking Santa Monica from the rooms, and especially the restaurant, provide that sense of middle-of-it-all excitement, as does a stroll through the nicely designed lobby.”

“Entry off the street was alluring and easy. The adjacent outdoor seating area with firewall was an added surprise. lobby was spacious and warmer than pictures dipict. Room was extremely spacious. Pleasant experience!”

“The Huntley enjoys a fantastic location just a couple blocks from the beach and the Third Street promenade. The rooms are a little small but quite comfortable. The hotel was quiet despite being a hip destination - the rooftop bar is right up on level 17 so could not be heard from most of the rooms. Overall a good place to stay.”
