  7. “Your staff/security are some of the rudest people I have come across in my travels. I work as a tour manager for many different rock bands and in doing so I have stayed at hundreds of different hotels around the world and yours by far is the rudest.”

  9. “My stay was pleasant overall. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a couple of issues though. My table got really slow service at the hotel restauant when we went there for dinner. It took about 20 minutes for them to just take our drink order. Then my friend and I were kicked out of the club upstairs because our "IDs weren't real." That was extremely frustrating, especially since they were rude to us, and two underage people got in and were not kicked out. The next night the same guy hassled me at the bar downstairs and wouldn't let me order a drink.”

  10. “Our room was fine, but the carpet was filthy - we could not walk on it in our bare feet without turning the bottoms black. It was in need of a good carpet cleaning. I used the internet connection for standard e-mail communication and web confirmations - my laptop was hit with adware - I was left suspecting that your server was the culprit. Upon checkout I found that a restaurant charge had been doubled on my bill - the clerk indicated that the charge had been entered twice, but this was suspect - the total charge (twice the correct amount) appeared on my bill just once - not as 2 lines.”

  12. “I had to change my reservation from 2 nights to 3. Not only did they confirm the change was made, but the rate was maintained. Superb service from Tablet and the Standard Hotel! Also, I had failed to book a non-smoking room, but the staff accommodated our request at check-in. Awesome experience!”
