“We loved almost everything about this place. The staff and service were superb. The only downside was loud doors outside of our room from the common area, they could use some sound deadening in the halls (but in Italy we understand they don't use carpeting like we do in the states).”

“We stayed at the Hotel Albergo Villa Marta for 4 days in August and had a fantastic stay. The staff could not have done more for us and were always very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous and it was lovely to eat great food and drink local wine with such amazing views. The whole place was very peaceful and relaxing and there was no better way to spend the afternoon after exploring in the morning, than to lie by the pool sipping Prosecco - perfect. We are now considering returning for part of our honeymoon !”

“My wife and I (we were on our honeymoon) absolutely loved Albergo Villa Marta! The hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great too - within an hour drive of everything we wanted to see in Tuscany (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, etc.), but was away from the crowds and noise.”

“Located a few km outside of Lucca, the hotel is in a beautiful quiet country setting yet convenient to the sights nearby. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were comfortably elegant with understated decor. The breakfasts were delicious.”
