“The room was so comfy and cosy, I was happy to spend as much time indoors - seeing that it was cold outdoors. I loved the crochet hot water bottle that was lying on the bed and the free magazines on the bed side table.”

“Friendly cosmopolitain staff; excellent food; great design and decent sized rooms (downtown Madrid is not going to have massive ones, after all) - all make for a really good stay. The roof top terrace makes for a great one.”

“I've stayed here twice now, and it's the perfect location for cool areas such as Chueca. The best of Madrid nightlife is literally right outside the door.The rooms are generous in size and comfortable. Everything is designed cleverly.The rooftop bar is worth a long visit.”

“The room was airy, clean and a good size for a city centre. The restaurant was pleasant although not the most imaginative in terms of menu. The room we had was at the rear of the hotel which meant it was quieter that the front which overlooks Gran Via with a good sized terrace. A fantastic location if you wish to enjoy the centre of Madrid.”

“This was actually my second time staying at this hotel and I would continue to stay there every time I am visiting Madrid. The rooms are very contemporary and the service is awesome. My friend and I needed to find a clinic to go to and they made phone calls to different clinics to book us an appointment. The went over and above to make sure we were happy. The restaurant in the hotel offers delicious food.”
