“Overall the location of the hotel was superb. It was a safe and quiet area that was just a 5 minute walk from the nearest subway station. We also loved the room itself. It was modern & sophisticated. Everything was clean and so well taken care of. The bed was great and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious.We arrived quite early due to an early flight into Madrid and were thrilled that they let us in right away. They were accommodating.”

“The service was outstanding. I fell violently ill when I arrived in Spain and the front desk found me an incredibly thorough and kind doctor who arrived in a flash and cured me with kindness and charged a mere 150 euros. (A bargain for saving me and my holiday.) The room service menu was delicious and promptly delivered. The beds comfy, the bath lovely, the location: perfect!”
