“The hotel is in a great location. Everything worth seeing is in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and stylish but very small. Great bar and rooftop pool! My only complaint with the bathroom is the shower leaks -- a sliding glass wall separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom. When I complained to the hotel staff, I was informed all the rooms have this problem. Evidently, its a design flaw.”

“Hotel Urban is a fantastically beautiful hotel. Its open spaces are stunning and the pieces of art around the hotel are stunning. The staff are attentive, very knowledgable about the city and the level of service was excellent. The rooms were more than comfortable. The rooftop bar was an additional luxury with the pool alongside it. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Madrid.”

“Overall my experience was positive.The decor was modern and hip and the staff quite attentive. The location was fantastic. On the downside, the room was a bit on the small side. I was also disappointed with the lack of a gym/exercise room- to make matters worse the hotel did not have any arrangements with any local facilities- ended up using a gym at a nearby hotel. The room service menu was also somewhat limiting and nothing special. On my next trip I will probably try somewhere else.”

“Hotel staff were excellent, on arrival upgraded as it was a special birthday. Cake , champagne and strawberries in room. Standard of breakfast and evening meals really good.”
