“Great location. The room was great had all that was needed and spotless but robes would have been a nice touch considering the toiletries are lovely.Biggest disapointment was both our eating experiences.Tried to order room service at 22:45 but it took us nearly 50 mins to place an order Reception took it in the end and we had to order from the after 11pm menu. When it arrived it was incorrect and unappealing. Breakfast was also disapointing with stressful service, one waiter was completely arrogant someone needs 2 explain u don't show your feelings 2 your guests. Nicely cooked b/fast though.”
