Decor/style of bedroom/bathroom. The staple breakfast choices were great (homemade crepes/muffins), but the added option to have a fruit salad, hard boiled eggs for only a small fee was a great addition. Service from check-in to check-out was tailored to the guests' needs, from walking us into town (Marrakech can be daunting at first glance) to organizing a trip to a lesser-known spa. Extras while we were in the room (drinks and snacks) hit the spot!
The design, location, price... Everything!
This was one of my favorite hotels in Marrakech. Attention to detail in the rooms and common areas is amazing and the taste &decor are impeccableStaff is wonderful and helpful as well
Excellent oasis in the very centre of the town
The service was wonderful and the design was exiquisite. The interior decor of the hotel was so lovely and the perfect mix of French and Moroccan. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Morocco.
Secluded, private and quiet. I wanted an palace get away to relax. Nice plunge pool, I only wish it was larger to swim longer laps. Nadia and the staff were super sweet and gracious in taking care of all your needs. We had the entire riyad to ourselves so that was a real luxury. We stayed in one of the suites so I have nothing but great memories and experiences.
