  1. “The Raleigh is a beautiful hotel, very secluded and incredibly romantic. The rooms were so clean, the maid service was wonderful and the concierge was more than helpful in pointing us in the direction of the best restaurants and clubs.”

  3. “The Raleigh is beautiful. Not shiny and new, but a great vintage feel. The pool and cabana areas are intimate but well furnished, never got over-crowded. The staff were wonderful and pleasant. The Raleigh soundtrack playing in the room and turn down service at night made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. The hallways did get a bit noisy at night but it didn't last long. Overall a great stay!”

  4. “The hotel was very classic. The rooms, tad small, but really no need for lots of space anyway.Great shower, and a wonderful turn down service; music turned on, candles lit, great touch. The staff was very very nice and helpful, beautiful grounds and excellent proximity to the beach. And the beach! Water was crazy warm, but we were there at the hottest time, and very clear. Also, the hotel provided very comfortable chairs, an umbrella and side table to use;it was the perfect relaxing vacation.South Beach isn't really our scene so to speak, but we would go back just to stay at the Raleigh.”

  6. “I have stayed in all South Beach Hotels ( Shore club, Delano, National ) but the Raleigh is by far the best concerning value for money , attitude of the staff and overall quality of the Hotel. The staff likes what it does and is friendly. Good managment !”

  8. “la camera stile art deco era comunque non in perfette condizioni e ok per 280$ a notte ma per 500$ assolutamente non le vale!”

  9. “we love the Raleigh. the only negative was our check in experience. we arrived early, 12:45pm. your desk graciously told us that check in was 3:00, but we could store our luggage and enjoy the grounds, and that we'd be contacted by cell when our room was ready. At 2:00 I checked back at the desk just curious to see if we mignt be able to access our room. We were informed that it wasn't ready. The same thing happened at 3:00 & 3:30. Our room wasn'tready until 4:00. Wth check out at 12:00, there really is no excuse for our room not being ready at 1:30 let alone 4:00pm. Otherwise, faabulous!”

  11. “My criticisms are: The bathrooms (standard room) are tiny and lack shelf/storage space, the surfaces e.g. bedside tables, desk etc. are in poor condition and already need renovating. Although the rooms are a vastly improved since refurbishment, they haven't worn well. The rooms feature flat screen TV and CD/Radio but the picture & sound quality is so poor they are not worth bothering with. On the plus side: The pool at the Raleigh is the hotel's outstanding feature, In my view it is the best in South Beach (as far as I have seen) Even the music is very tastefully chosen and doesn't intrude like most other hotelsThe breakfast/lunch area is delightful as are the all staff. The Raleigh is, unlike many of the hotels in South Beach, refreshingly free of 'posers' and comfortable for all age groups.”

  12. “The Raleigh Hotel is a beautiful building and has a ravishing pool and garden. However, the reception is truley poor. There is a small group of mostly cute girls who are not service oriented and not willing to solve issues. The reception sent me for instance downtown to an exposition which was no longer at the indicated place, which resulted in taxi costs of USD 100. Moreover, the hotel does not offer a gym. It offers a shuttle service to its SPA hotel but charges USD 25 for the gym. Finally, the majority of the waiters at the pool seem to rather enjoy talking to each other than to customers”
