The complimentary breakfast in the mornings is delicious and must not be missed, especially after a long night in Miami. The rooms were sufficient, given that this hotel is more of a stylish affordable hotel with the right location.

Like many hotels on the east side of Collins Avenue in the teens, the Townhouse is subject to some very noisy nights, whether or not it is hosting events itself. I think it may be particularly susceptible given its low height, roof deck, and proximity to several clubs.

Loved the rooftop deck. The water beds made the afternoon drift away. The breakfast was quite nice and the common area/lobby was relaxed and inviting. The entire place felt less like a hotel and more like a weekend beach or lake house. One other thing I really loved was the shower in our room (204). So simple, so large, and the mirror made shaving easy. I'd like to replicate it at home.

A very nice simple hotel, appeals to the less intrusive og us avoiding the usual glitz of miami hotels.

The Townhouse Hotel is a solid boutique hotel. It has some nice unique features, but their service doesn't rise to the level of a really good boutique hotel. I expect a more personalized approach to service at boutique hotels. Their valet service was poor. All of this is tempered by the very reasonable rates.

rooms not advertised as smoking or non-smoking. we got a smoking one even if we asked for a non-smoking.

The Townhouse Hotel far exceeded my expectations! I had been searching for a trendy boutique hotel in Miami and when I saw the price per night for Townhouse, I booked immediately. At $125 a night, I tried to keep my expectations in check, but was increasingly impressed. The rooms were very clean and a nice big walk-in closet was provided...as was necessary with three women in one room. But the little touches impressed me most: the free Parisian breakfast, coffee and tea available throughout the day and free daily newspapers. I have been raving about Townhouse to all my friends and family!!

Great location and great value. Desk staff could have been a bit less snooty, but overall a pleasant experience.

Townhouse Hotel is practical. Is located near the beach, near Lincoln Road, has a great restaurant and the price is fair. Nevertheless they could use othe type of courtains in the rooms in order to block out the light, that´s very uncomfortable.

The people working at Townhouse remembered me from staying with them 3 months earlier and they are really, really nice. I will come back!

I enjoyed my stay felt the room was a little "cold", and the mattress hard.

The Superbowl gauging was not limited to this hotel but it will really make me think twice about attending this event again. The 4 night minimum stay was ok but the room rates were essentially tripled. Capitolism at it's best but it still kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. The Hotel staff was very pleasant but the rooms were very very small...
